RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer return or exchange. It is advised to check product description and dimensions before buying.
Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if:

Order was damaged in transit.

Order was Incorrect.
This is highly unlikely, but we always leave room for human error. If for some reason if you receive a defective products from us, you may be able to return the same.
Conditions for a refund or exchange:

An unboxing video should be from the start of the package including the name, address sheet, and the bill of the order.

The video should be unfiltered, and unedited with no cuts in between.

The proof should be sent by email in 24 hours after receiving the order.

If exceeded 24 hours tvishijewels.com will under no circumstance process the refund.

The exchange of the damaged products will be done according to the availability of the product, in case the product is not available the customer can either wait for the stock or ask for a refund.

No refund or cancelations will be initiated while the order is still in transit.

No refund or cancelations will be initiated if the reason being delay in delivery since we have no control over the courier services.

There will be no exchange or refund if the product has already been used by the customers.

If the package is lost or misplaced due to the incorrect/incomplete address, tvishjewels.com will under no circumstance be responsible and under no circumstance will initiate any kind of refund. If the package is returned due to the customer’s fault (wrong/incomplete address/contact details), only 50% of the amount will be refunded within 15-20 days.

If the customer rejects a prepaid order at the time of delivery, Tvishijewels will be under no obligation to provide any kind of refund.
